Why do ROBLOX Bots reply to info@roblox.com?

This question was asked by a ROBLOX User, " Yamsman123 " of 01-18-2013 04:31 PM.

His question was:
Every time I contact them, [sarcasm] it's like a bot is handing out all the replies, [/sarcasm] and I always get the same replies every time. [sarcasm] It's really weird how I always get the same message [/sarcasm]

WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM, I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON, NOT A BOT.

I'm talking to you, mods. Do me a favor; stand up, walk over to John's cubicle, and ask him why he's got bloody bots running instead of an actual help desk.
Anyways, shall joker922 tell you why? It is a really good question that I like, but besides for the very bottom part I guess. Well, after-all, ROBLOX Staff Members DO reply to you, only it is sometimes a bot for night time because they might be asleep and all, but staff members are up time to time for work. So, it's very different and usual for ROBLOX Members to reply. Anyways, there you go!
